A classic French everyday cheese from the southern French Basque, made from pasteurized cow's milk. Can be eaten naturally after a good meal and as a dessert with black cherries, rose hips or with marmalade. The cheese can be enjoyed with a red wine, not too heavy, preferably a Pinot Noir.
