We are very proud of our Jamon iberico de bellota Gran Reserva de Salamanca.
The world's best and most expensive ham has a long name, maybe that's why it's briefly called Pata Negra. Translated it means Iberian ham of acorns, Gran Reserva stands for the aging time (at least 36 months) and Salamanca is the city the ham comes from.
