Spirit of Son Fuster was for several hundred years the leading olive farm in the Alaro area, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca, operating its own olive press.
The tradition has been kept and in October of every year we harvest our premium organic olives.
The high quality is obtained by picking excellent olives and through cold extraction perserve all its flavors, nutrients, vitamines and antioxidants. Spirit of Son Fuster is an ecological farm. All harvest is done by hand. The olives are pressed in the local artesan olive press.
